At Luxion, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent return and refund process.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Be in the original packaging with all tags intacto
- Not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Include proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)
2. Return Timeframe
You can request a return within 8 days of receiving your order.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will be notified about approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 5-6 business days after approval.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges in case of:
- Size issues
- Defective or damaged items

5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos as proof
We will:
- Offer a replacement, OR
- Provide a full refund (based on availability)
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
- Innerwear / intimate products
- Perishable goods
- Items marked as Final Sale
7. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost
- For all other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
